Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

To use TitanTreasure you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), and you must reside in a location where participation is not restricted. Sweepstakes void where prohibited, and you are solely responsible for confirming that play is lawful where you live.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and belongs to you.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where sweepstakes participation is restricted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of anyone employed by the Company operating TitanTreasure.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

TitanTreasure operates on a dual-currency model consisting of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are a play-only digital token with no cash value that may be used for entertainment purposes only and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.

Sweeps Coins are a promotional entry mechanism that may be redeemed for prizes where legally permitted, subject to identity verification and the redemption rules posted on the site. All coins are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only; you receive no ownership interest, property right, or transferable title in any coin, and coins cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged between players.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify TitanTreasure promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Each individual may hold only one active account; duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended, or closed at the Company’s discretion. TitanTreasure may request identity verification documents before processing a redemption, and access to your account may be limited until verification is complete.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

Use of automated scripts, bots, collusion between players, exploitation of software errors, or any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited under this sweepstakes site policy. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under different identities.
• Falsifying identity, age, or location information to bypass eligibility checks.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

TitanTreasure does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, server failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily prevent access to games, account balances, or redemption features.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction, TitanTreasure reserves the right to void affected rounds, adjust coin balances, and restore the position that existed prior to the malfunction.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

Termination and General Provisions

TitanTreasure may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or at its reasonable discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, any unredeemed Gold Coins are forfeited and pending Sweeps Coins redemptions may be reviewed before processing.

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and TitanTreasure regarding your use of the site and supersede any prior understanding.
